BROTHER HILTZ HEMMLER
Found half dead near Taji in the Iraqi desert by Arab members of the Black Army, an autopsy was later performed by Krovin and his scientists, who later discovered that he had a multiple drug-resistant parasite in him. The parasite was sterilized, which prevented it from infecting the entire Black Army. Realizing that Hiltz had power beyond that of an ordinary human, Krovin integrated him into the Black Army as leader of its German faction. The parasite limbs that are visible from Hemmler's back, his ability to heal, and his wraith transformation ability are still fully functional. Hiltz's parasites are his main form of attack, acting as another set of limbs, which he may use to strike opponents at a distance.

LORD KROVIN
Krovin is the undisputed leader of the Black Army. His history is cloudy, and any members who dare oppose his leadership usually end up missing the next day. No further information can be obtained about him.

BROTHER PRIZRAK (SPOOK)
Spook, identified by the straight teeth etchings on his mask, is the commanding officer of the Black Army's troops in Eastern Europe. His command ranges from rebellious teenagers affiliated with the international Anarchist movement to traitorous officers in both the Red and White armies. His preferred method of warfare is city-wide implosion, where all anarchists are called out into the streets simultaneously in an all-out orgy of murder and property destruction. He also specializes in sabotage tactics and demolitions, applying everything from TNT to C4 to nuclear weapons ad situ.
