About Chi Chen:
Wang Chi Chen Shao Wei is a Second Lieutenant of the People's Liberation Army. He has an unhealthy obsession with Chinese chicken and nearly failed his psychological exam because of this obsession. However, he compensates for this by being a master of his own version of Kung-Fu, which he calls Ji Kung Fu - or chicken kung fu.
